(only attached Golden Belt registration forms are accepted)

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
Has to be fully filled out in every section and signed by the club/association president and then it is obligatory that it has to be Faxed or emailed by 24,00 Monday 05/18/09 for the attention of the Organising Committee A.S.D. THUNDER PIZZO fax +39 0963/573820 fax and or emailed: giorgiolico@libero.it. Any registration forms not faxed or emailed, and only registered on the given day will be added a penalty of 10 euro.

The registration fees can be paid by the coach/organiser of the club/association on the appropriate registration day.

The registration fees to be paid in full will be calculated ( registered by the 05/20/09) on the number of athletes registered and NOT on the number of athletes present on the registration day.

The organising committee are not to be held responsible for late arrivals, cancellations and or modifications that might happen after the expiry date of registrations and or the start of competition.
