Admission Rules and General Information to the Competition


Tournament admission Terms:

The tournament is open to all fighters that are members of F.I.KB/ W.A.K.O and have their licence up to date for the sporting year 2009/10 and are also in possession of appropriate medical certs.

For any other relevant issues all WAKO – KIFB rules apply.

Terms and Conditions:

1.         All licence holders of WAKO/FIKB for the current sporting year 2009/2010 may participate.

2.         All participants must produce when requested their appropriate licence and a valid identity document for any checks that may arise.

3.         All participants are partaking in this tournament at their own risk and under the responsibility of their association. They must also have an up to date medical check certificate requested by the rules and be covered by their own insurance.

4.         When registering to the tournament, the head coach or appropriate responsible of the registered association, is declaring that all registered fighters are appropriately registered within the rules and regulations and that all declared, (name, surname, age, age, grade, division, registration to the appropriate federation, medical certs, licence, etc) match each appropriate individuals and that all are true. Any declarations found to be false will cause immediate disqualification of the fighter and as a consequence it will cause further checks and controls even after the registration process.

5.         All participants must wear the appropriate fighting uniform and wear all protective equipment as per rules.

6.         All participants that are registered must present themselves in person during the time of weight check and registration control to be able to compete.

7.         The organising committee are not responsible for any injuries anybody may sustain during the competition, prior and after the tournament.

8.         If there are insufficient participants in any such category during the competition, the organising committee will move all appropriate fighters in the next closest category. (minimum 4)

9.         Any other information or rules follow within the WAKO/FIKB rules and guidelines.
